Welcome to FerrDb

FerrDb is the world's first database that dedicates to ferroptosis regulators and ferroptosis-disease associations. There are two categories of ferroptosis regulators: (1) gene and (2) chemical substance. Gene regulators include driver, suppressor, and marker. Chemical substance regulators include inducer and inhibitor. On the basis of this philosophy, FerrDb consists of six independent data sets. The statistics of each data set with or without repeats are shown as follows.
